Who we are
This website is operated by Quick Glazing Ltd (“we”, “us”), registered in England & Wales (company number to be confirmed), registered office Unit 3, Glassworks Yard, London, E17 0AA. We are the data controller for the personal data described here. If you have any questions, contact us at hello@quickglazing.co.uk or 07456 999 032.
What we collect
We only collect what you give us, and only to answer your enquiry:
- Your name, phone number, email address and postcode, when you fill in our contact form or call us.
- Any details of the work you describe, including a design you build in one of our online designers.
- Standard server logs (such as your IP address and browser type), kept briefly for security and to keep the site running.
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. See our cookie notice.
How we use it
We use your details solely to respond to you, arrange and carry out a survey, prepare a quote, and provide the work you ask for. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where you ask us to supply work, performance of a contract with you.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data and we do not pass it on for marketing. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (for example a quote or email system) and only so far as they need it to provide that service, and with anyone we are required to share it with by law.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting work, plus the period we are required to keep records (for example for tax and guarantee purposes), after which we delete them.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or restrict or object to how we use it. To exercise any of these, email hello@quickglazing.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk, though we’d appreciate the chance to put things right first.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; the date above shows when it last changed.
